We are seeking a Global Commercial / Trade Marketing Graduate to join Coty Amsterdam headquarters, alongside our Colour Cosmetic, Bodycare & Mass Fragrance global brand teams.

This position will give you a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn complexity management for multi-brands on the color Cosmetic category. This will also be the chance to closely collaborate with multi-functional global teams (marketing, supply chain and lifecycle, finance, …) as well as local teams worldwide.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be reporting onto the Global Commercial Planning Sr.Manager and you will tailor go-to-market and growth strategies for base business & innovations, drive profitable growth and ensure global commercial excellence. 

 

Your main focus :

• Assist to deliver 4P plans for key launches across brands ensuring excellence in execution.
• Monitor and manage launch readiness trackers to guarantee retailer readiness is on track and maintain 100% accuracy.
• Gather and analyze market data to provide insightful recommendations on innovation 4P’s, especially in market sizing (forecast) and pricing strategies (guidelines recommendation).
• Support the creation of monthly commercial planning reviews, providing detailed updates on project profitability, market sizing, and pricing for top management.
• Organize and participate in meetings with brand teams and global markets, ensuring a deep understanding of local needs to tailor global plans.
• Update and share best practices and performance insights from markets to continuously improve strategies.
• Manage the coordination and delivery of sell-in samples for retailer meetings across various markets.
• Support the update of the merchandising showroom by coordinating product orders and managing facility-related tasks to maintain an organized showroom.

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are concise, adaptable, and passionate about the beauty industry. You possess strong analytical skills and rigorous attention to detail enabling you to provide solid and synthetical recommendations.

As a graduate your excellence in execution and organizational skills ensures you deliver high quality results, and you are 100% reliable. You know how to confidently evolve in a complex environment and have experience in managing multiple brands.

You can work autonomously, but you are also a team player, capable of collaborating with different teams.  You are curious and feel energized by working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

 

Other than that, you have:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree
• Previous 1-year Internships in Trade Marketing and/or Category Management and/or Sales in FMCG (Experience in Beauty industry is a plus).
• Strong sensitivity to the Beauty environment.
• English will be your language at work, no need to speak Dutch.
