· Multi-Org Consolidation: Drive the consolidation of multiple Salesforce orgs into a unified global architecture, ensuring data integrity, streamlined processes, and system scalability.
· Revenue Cloud Enablement: Lead the deployment and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, billing, subscription management, and renewals automation.
· Integration Expertise: Design and implement robust, secure integrations with external platforms such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), eCommerce systems, marketing automation, and customer portals using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
· Migration & Data Strategy: Lead complex data migration initiatives, including ETL planning, data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
· Hands-On Development & Oversight: Design and develop custom Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), and oversee development teams to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define scalable solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
· Governance & Optimization: Define and enforce global Salesforce governance, including performance monitoring, security compliance, and technical debt management.
· Mentorship & Enablement: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams, promoting architectural standards, reusability, and platform best practices.
