What You'll Do

  • Executive Partnership & Strategic Advisory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the President.
  • Filter, synthesize, and organize business insights to enable rapid, high-quality decision-making.
  • Ensure the President's attention and time are aligned with the highest-value priorities.
  • Represent the President in internal discussions and external meetings, cascading decisions and tracking delegated items.
  • Project Management & Execution
  • Lead cross-functional projects that don’t fall neatly into any one department—especially those with executive-level visibility.
  • Keep the executive team aligned, informed, and on track toward strategic objectives.
  • Drive planning cycles, quarterly/annual goals, leadership offsites, and strategic reviews.
  • Operations & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Own and optimize the company’s operating rhythm (e.g., staff meetings, agenda setting, tracking action items, follow-through).
  • Ensure key decisions are documented, tracked, and implemented across teams.
  • Identify and remove blockers to execution; act quickly and proactively.
  • Communications & Influence
  • Deliver clear, concise updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Help translate strategic priorities into internal communications that energize and align.
  • Champion discretion and confidentiality while managing highly sensitive matters.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive professional experience supporting executive-level leadership (e.g., Chief of Staff, Strategy, Consulting, PMO, EA roles)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex topics into concise, actionable insights
  • Outstanding project management capabilities, with experience owning high-impact initiatives from start to finish
  • Sharp analytical mindset with strong business acumen and judgment
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and ability to navigate sensitive situations with tact and discretion
  • Proven ability to influence across levels and functions without formal authority
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, adaptable to shifting priorities, and always ten steps ahead
