Senior Sustainability Consultant for Sustainability, Procurement & Premises

We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant with solid stakeholder management skills for our team.</p> <p><strong>About us</strong></p> <p>Join our international team of seven people who work dedicatedly with sustainability on a global scale. Our team is responsible for developing a sustainable supply chain, building a sustainable workplace, and reporting on the Bank’s operational environmental footprint.</p> <p>The working culture is informal, multinational, and collaborative. We support each other on the projects we carry out – we Team Up. We enjoy collaboration and diversity, appreciating working individually as well as working as a team. All team members are reporting to the Head of Sustainability Procurement &amp; Premises.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant who can steer strategic projects on sustainability in close collaboration with key stakeholders, as well as drive and develop the department’s work on training colleagues on sustainability and develop our sustainability community. Furthermore, you will: </p> <ul> <li>Team up with colleagues to develop and improve our strategic priorities </li> <li>Maintain roadmaps for Sustainability in P&amp;P and ensure oversight of internal and external KPI’s and progress on these</li> <li>Conduct thematic reviews on sustainability</li> <li>Support on our work relating to carbon emissions and suppliers </li> <li>Ensure our efforts are aligned with external developments and trends on sustainability incl. new solutions and technology that increase transparency and control</li> <li>Support the improvement and documentation of team processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>A great match</strong></p> <p>We imagine you are a collaborator by nature with experience in sustainability and project management. You easily transform complex knowledge and data into simple presentations for a diverse audience, ranging from colleagues in departments outside the sustainability area as well as the senior management of the bank. Your structured approach and determination to meet team objectives make you a valuable addition to our team. We also imagine you have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in working with sustainability from either a consultancy or a strategy function in a large organisation</li> <li>Solid experience in building professional relationships and foster collaboration</li> <li>An analytic and strategic mind-set with a pragmatic approach and focus on execution</li> <li>Experience, knowledge, and interest in implementing processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>We offer</strong></p> <p>Located in Copenhagen, Denmark, we offer a flexible work schedule and hybrid working, allowing you to work from home 1-2 days per week.
