Greenway Ford - Wholesale Parts Counter

Greenway Ford Parts Department is a high-volume, fast-paced Wholesale/Retail Parts Center where teamwork, accuracy, and efficiency are essential to success. We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to be an integral part of our growing operation.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist technicians and estimators with accurate and timely parts orders
• Receive, inspect, and distribute parts in a high-volume workflow
• Maintain an organized parts inventory and perform regular cycle counts
• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
• Process returns and handle warranty parts according to company and manufacturer guidelines
• Support internal departments and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a wholesale/retail center or automotive parts department required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under pressure
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-first attitude and a commitment to customer service
• Familiarity with CCC One and/or dealership DMS systems is a plus
