YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will develop and manage Phoenix Rescue Mission's Organizational Partnerships structure, strategy, and implementation.
- You will lead and manage the Organizational Partnerships team.
- You will develop new partnerships, identifying and cultivating prospects to increase engagement and financial support of the Mission.
- You will lead the effort to grow relationships between organizational partners and the Mission by creating and implementing an annual strategic plan for each portfolio-managed partner.
- You will identify and pursue opportunities for grant funding.
- You will manage and collaborate with vendors and agencies to develop strategies surrounding organizational partnership initiatives and oversee plan execution and performance.
- You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- You have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and at least five to seven years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or marketing, or equivalent experience.
- You have at least five years of supervisory experience, resulting in strong demonstrated leadership, administrative, and supervisory skills.
- You have proven experience building programs, processes, and systems.
- You are highly results-oriented and enjoy building relationships, fulfilling partner interests, and achieving fundraising goals.
- You are a team player with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships with colleagues.
- You have the ability to work a flexible schedule as the position will require weekend and evening responsibilities.
- You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions, maintaining a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of the Mission.
