The Role

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our digital products and marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other designers to deliver elegant, intuitive, and consistent design solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.

Your day-to-day

• Design clean, modern, and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create user-centered design solutions through wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual assets
• Work with UX researchers to translate insights into compelling user journeys and intuitive interactions
• Keep the user journey in min when dsiging a website
• Ensure consistency across all touchpoints by following and evolving brand and design system guidelines
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications
• Support marketing and sales enablement teams with visually engaging digital assets, infographics, and presentation materials
• Stay up to date with UI/UX best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies

What you bring to the team

• 8 + years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field
• Expeirence working with established brand gudielines and systems parameters
• Managing various websites including cross futional team sites
• Strong portfolio showcasing user interface design, UX thinking, and high-quality visual design
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, or similar
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design principles
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to summarize intake meetings and clearly articulate designs
• Experience with AI tool as it relates  design
• Familiarity working in Agile or cross-functional product development teams
