We are looking for a Senior Engineering Lead who will be deeply embedded in client engagements—writing code, architecting scalable solutions, and directly coaching teams to navigate complex technical and business challenges. This role is highly hands-on, requiring you to not only lead but also actively contribute to project development, ensuring high-quality execution that meets client needs. You’ll work closely with clients to shape technical strategies, mentor engineers and engineering leads to align with evolving requirements, and play a critical role in identifying opportunities to expand and deliver impactful solutions.

 

You will work closely with our clients, lead cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping our technical strategy—particularly in Flutter and full-stack solutions. Key Responsibilities

Client-Focused Engineering Execution

• Build Excellent Software Products – As a technical leader, you will be responsible for the success of your projects. You will be required to write high-quality code, lead program estimations, ideate impactful solutions for our clients and resolve any challenges that might arise during the lifecycle of a program. 
• Drive Technical Excellence – Architect scalable and maintainable Flutter applications, and potentially cloud solutions, following and documenting industry and VGV best practices.
• Consult & Advise Clients – Act as a senior trusted advisor, helping clients make key technical decisions and ensuring successful project execution.
