Lead Clinical Magager (RN)

Aspen Medical is seeking expressions of interest for a potential Lead Clinical Manager position supporting a UN Hospital in Haiti. This would be a contract position with travel and accommodations provided. 

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. 

Education:  

• A graduate or higher-level degree, bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing educational program is required.     
• Master's Degree or higher in Nursing or related field is preferred. 

License:  

• Must hold a current, valid, unrestricted nursing or advanced nursing license in one of the U.S. states, territories, commonwealths, or the District of Columbia.  

Experience:  

• A minimum of (5) years’ recent, relevant experience as a supervisor or nurse manager in-charge, gained in a clinical/medical facility. Post-graduate training, in emergency care nursing or critical care nursing or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years’ post-specialist qualification. Experience in austere, remote, and/or tropical environments is highly desired. 

Certifications: 

• Current, valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). 
• Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) and/or Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification is highly desired. 

Language proficiency:  

• Fluency in Haitian Creole and/or French is highly desired.
