If you want to contribute to a growing business, be challenged, and see the consequences of your work, then you have come to the right place. </p><p> </p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><p>Get the opportunity to build and maintain a high performance and secure infrastructure for our platforms, as well as work in a incredibly diverse team who enjoys weekly brainstorming sessions.We will also provide you with heaps of opportunities to grow professionally. </p><p></p><p><strong>Your main responsibilities will be: </strong></p><ul> <li>Build reusable code and libraries for future use </li> <li>Optimize fully abstracted applications for maximum speed and scalability both onprem and on Azure </li> <li>Continuously look for ways to improve Ireckonu and our product suite by implementing A/B tests </li> <li>Develop new modules on existing platforms </li> <li>Design the implementation of new complex modules </li> <li>Operate as 2nd line support on modules you have built </li> <li>Create specifications and define sprints with PMs and customers </li> <li>Mentor Junior Engineers through formal and informal discussions, code reviews, design reviews, technical presentations, or as a consultant on projects </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>About You: </strong></p><ul> <li>Ideally 5+ years of commercial software development experience and expertise in SOLID design principles. </li> <li>Experience in C# (if you've used other OO languages, we'd still love to hear from you!) </li> <li>Experience with Entity Framework, such as Net Core 2+ and/or .Net Framework 4.7+  </li> <li>Experience with Azure cloud platform (Apps, databases, services, etc.) </li> <li>Experience in A Service Bus/Queuing framework (ASB, RabbitMQ, MassTransit, etc...) </li> </ul><p></p><p>We love to work with developers who have experience with enterprise-scale applications, with complex data models. You do not like to do things manually more than once; we love to automate! Most importantly, you collaborate well with other team members and stakeholders from a vast array of cultures and backgrounds.
