The Senior Manager, Group Exercise Operations is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of Group X programs, events, and initiatives across all clubs. This role drives operational excellence, ensures consistency in programming, and partners with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience, retention, and overall efficiency. The Senior Manager will oversee large-scale projects, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure alignment with company goals and brand standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
* Oversee daily operations of Group X programming across all clubs.
* Partner with District Leaders to develop and maintain staffing plans and ensure General Manager execution at the club level.
* Ensure consistent execution of Group X schedules, standards, and experiences system-wide.
* Design, implement, and manage training, certification, and development programs for instructors.
* Support the testing, evaluation, and launch of new programs, pilots, and products.
* Manage fitness partnership relationships (e.g., Zumba, Les Mills), including contract compliance tracking.
* Plan and execute national and regional events to increase awareness, retention, and engagement.
* Collaborate with Marketing on communications, campaigns, and social media content.
* Lead and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Monitor program budgets, track ROI, and provide insights to support partnership renewals.
* Manage large-scale communication across districts to ensure program clarity and alignment. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* 3--5 years of experience in group fitness instruction and management.
* Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-site teams and delivering consistent program quality.
* Strong background in programming, operations, training, or related fields.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize group exercise labor models.
* Familiarity with vendor/partner management and contract compliance.
* Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels of the organization.
* Ability to leverage data, feedback, and insights to drive continuous improvement.

* Potential travel requirements to club, regional and corporate offices up to 25% of time BENEFITS AT 24
