Job Description: 
As a Field Applications Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring client success by serving as a trusted technical advisor. You will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand their needs, develop customized solutions, and validate product capabilities. Through technical expertise and relationship-building, you will drive customer satisfaction, ensuring our products meet performance expectations and create lasting value for clients. You will be key to fostering long-term partnerships, helping customers succeed with our solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and prototypes that align with customer goals, ensuring our solutions address their specific needs. 

• Design and implement customized technical solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, strengthening relationships. 

• Act as a technical consultant, conducting needs assessments and translating customer requirements into detailed product specifications. 

• Validate and test product performance to ensure reliability and effectiveness for customers, building trust and confidence in our products. 

• Foster strong, ongoing relationships with clients by providing continuous technical support, ensuring the smooth integration and long-term success of our products. 

Skills You Will Need to Be Successful: 

• Expertise in product demonstrations, solution customization, and client-focused technical consulting. 

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, communication, and reliable support. 

• Proficiency in understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions to meet them. 

• Excellent presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities to ensure products deliver the highest level of performance for customers. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
