Summary
The Senior Analyst - Internal Audit position will be responsible for providing support for managing Glovis America's Quality Management System as well as other compliance related work. Other responsibilities will include supporting various projects that are assigned to Governance team.
Responsibilities
• Quality Management System management & audit (ISO 9001)
◦ Assist in managing overall QMS process including planning & maintaining (including but not limited to)
◦ Collect QMS related data such as SWOT, continuous improvement log, etc
◦ Support Document control process
◦ Support various projects associated with QMS management
◦ Assist in leading & coordinating annual surveillance audits, SOP reviews, and Management reviews
◦ Support for annual audit preparation (Including but not limited to)
◦ Organize information
◦ Maintain SharePoint folder for QMS
◦ Assist in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 standard related compliance
• Various Projects for Governance (Including but not limited to)
◦ ESG related projects
◦ ISO 45001 and 14001 related items
◦ Other duties as assigned
Compensation Range
$58,000-$63,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

• Experience with Process Improvement Required
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 3 - 5 Years of Direct Experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Compliance, and Quality Management Required
• 4 - 7 Years of Direct Experience Project Management, Data Analysis, Compliance, and Quality Management Preferred
• ISO 9001 auditor Certificate or License Preferred
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
• Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
• Possibility of domestic travel - 5%
