Job Description
The US Technology, Senior Manager of Strategy & Planning is a pivotal role responsible for helping to bring the US Technology vision to life. This role requires outstanding strategic, planning, and interpersonal skills to shape and influence the technology strategy. The Senior Manager will coordinate the Technology Portfolio and facilitate the Phase Planning Process for the Technology Department. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners to advise and drive the department's strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Stakeholders to build and facilitate the Phase Planning process for US Technology
- Maintain a high-level view of all technology projects, ensuring alignment with interpersonal goals.
- Work with the U.S Prioritization Office to provide mentorship on technology implications for proposed projects.
- Observe the U.S Prioritization Office triage process, providing feedback to influence decisions impacting the technology plan and portfolio.
- Assist in maintaining the U.S Technology roadmap.
- Ensure regular and accurate reporting and comms related to technology program statuses to advise leadership.
- Influence the creation and management of the Resource Management process & Release Governance process
- Adjust processes, stage gates, governance, and forms for U.S Prioritization and Tech governance as needed.
- Attend monthly governance working team meetings.
- Attend Global planning meetings with Planning, OpEx, and/or TMO

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260- $190,310 per year

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, strategy, data analytics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, marketing operations, or cross-functional program management.
Outstanding critical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Excellent client-management skills.
Dedicated, diligent, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and other strategic planning platforms.
