The Generative AI Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced generative AI solutions that enhance our IT services offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI architecture, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 

Your role

• Develop and design scalable generative AI architectures that meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure.
• Lead the development of agentic AI solutions, including conversational agents, automated decision-making systems, and generative models for content creation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI development team, ensuring best practices in AI model development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment of AI solutions with business goals.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Create comprehensive documentation for AI architectures, models, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI architecture and development, with a focus on generative AI and agentic solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs), and reinforcement learning.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects with multiple stakeholders.
