About the role
The Sr Workday Integrations Analyst will support the People & Culture team to define, design, and implement Workday solutions that maximize their Workday investment. You will use your subject matter expertise to assess customer needs and propose solutions that our partners will love. Workday responsibilities include Integrations, Workday Studio and API connectors. Integrations downstream include: HR, Legal, Procurement and Finance and may be SaaS or on-premises applications.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain and support all Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools
- Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations
- Partner with appropriate teams for unit, system and UAT testing
- Provide on-going support and collaboration with required business units, including but not limited to planning, validation, testing and service updates
- Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience designing and configuring Workday integrations such as custom Studio integrations, Reporting, Core Connectors, and EIBs
- Experience in foundational web service technologies such as SOAP and REST
- Proficiency with Workday HCM and Payroll configurations
- Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and systems troubleshooting
- A motivated self-starter who requires minimal oversight to complete tasks efficiently and timely
- Ability to creatively problem solve with an understanding of short and long-term decision impact
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment; ability to identify, analyze, diagnose & resolve problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb organization skills
- Discretion when dealing with confidential employee data
