SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) SME- Senior - Clearance Required

LMI is seeking an senior SAP Governance, Rick and Compliance (GRC) SME for a partially remote position. This position requires an active Secret Clearance, for which you must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring of critical system access
• Work with the functional, development, and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and have all possible details captured to develop the solution for application security
• Perform regular system audits to detect deviations of established procedures, role mapping, unauthorized system activity, and report findings
• Ensure that changes to roles and system are tested, approved and completed according to DoD standards. Including regulatory and compliance requirements
• Support identifying risks and designing the SOD (Segregation of Duties) Matrix
• Provide support for users with security-related problems and assist functional and technical teams with troubleshooting critical issues, as it relates to security roles
• Support of program audit activities
• Design and implement continuous monitoring controls
• Work closely with System Integrator SAP Security team
• Administer solution that facilitate user provisioning/de-provisioning, authentication/authorization, and reporting based on business needs, industry best practices, and audit/regulatory requirements by working with functional team and business role owners
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to drive process efficiencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree focused on Information Systems or engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• Must have an active Security+CE certification or higher
• Although the position is virtual, candidates must have flexibility to travel for occasional meetings in/around the Crystal City VA area
• 7+ years’ experience in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) access management
• Demonstrated understanding of  SAP GRC and SAP IDM integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Good knowledge of SOD (Segregation of Duties)
• 7+ years of experience working with US Army ERP systems
• Knowledge of technical design, development, testing, implementation and support of SAP security roles, across all SAP landscapes including the Cloud based applications that are interacting with the core system
• 5+ years of experience developing custom jobs to run role reconciliation reports for productive systems
• Experience developing custom load jobs to perform mass update of roles, role to privilege mappings and role assignments to users
• Preference given to candidates with experience in integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs/ SAP solutions (i.e., AESIP, LMP, GCSS-Army, Navy, USTRANSCOM, etc.)
• Excellent skills for requirements gathering, solution design, hands-on build, implementation and troubleshooting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
• Strong communication skills which include: mastery of and fluency in the English language, ability to convey complex technical concepts to company stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities, make recommendations, own initiatives and mentor others
• Must have a active Secret clearance.  Note only US Citizens may obtain a Secret clearance.
