Commercial Performance Analyst - Healthcare Division

This position will provide support to improvement projects across European sales teams. </p><p></p><p>What’s in it For You:</p><p></p><ul><li>The opportunity to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food and healthy environments.</li><li>The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.</li><li>The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives and ideas to achieve our best.</li></ul><p></p><p>What You Will Do:</p><p></p><ul><li>Drive performance, GrowToWin, set recommendations.</li><li>Develop a customer segmentation to adequately address each one of them.</li><li>Process and analyse data with critical view to support processes aimed at driving business growth.</li><li>Provide general support to multiple projects across the division, including data collection and processing, presentations development, reporting, etc.</li><li>Collaborate, coordinate, and support the sales teams to implement project strategies.</li><li>Support sales teams across Europe on preparation for key commercial activities (tenders, contract renewals, business reviews with customers, etc.)</li></ul><p></p><p>Minimum Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Technical or University degree in a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of analytical, project management, sales support experience.</li><li>Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Fluent in English and any additional European language would be a plus.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on an international and virtual base.</li><li>Strong digital, analytical and problem-solving skill.</li><li>High level of accuracy and detail oriented.</li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Fluent in other European languages</li><li>Experience with Power BI and/or CRM software tools such as Salesforce.com</li><li>Ability to manage ad hoc projects in addition to routine duties.</li></ul>
