Responsável pelo P&L da operação da Natura nos Estados Unidos, construção e implementação da estratégia de desenvolvimento do negócio, construção da marca, gestão de equipe local, construção de uma cultura corporativa alinhada aos valores e comportamentos prioritário da empresa, a fim de garantir o atingimento dos objetivos estratégicos e metas - financeiras, sociais e ambientais - estabelecidas para o mercado.

Definir e garantir a implementação das estratégias e os planos de marketing e negócios do país, por meio da elaboração do business plan, definição de portfólio local, projeção dos volumes, análise de margem, desenvolvimento de plano de construção de marca e canais de vendas, supervisão de processos, gestão diária da operação, liderança direta do time local e administração do P&L com o objetivo de assegurar o cumprimento das metas e a rentabilidade do negócio.
