The Operator I position is responsible for packaging a quality product with a high level of productivity.

* Pay is $22.50 per hour plus $1.00 Shift Differential
* Sign on bonus of $300 after 6 months and $300 after 9 months (attendance and probationary policies apply).
*Hours for 2nd Shift are 2:00pm - 10:30pm with overtime and weekends as required

Line Operator: Operators will be primarily responsible for operating Grade 5 lines, but may be required to operate lines of all grades.

• Owns overall responsibility of the line
  • Acts as the line leader
  • Directs the changeover process
  • Offers direction to others working on the line
• Completes quality checks when operating production lines.
• Organize and coordinate activities on your line.
• Ensure proper placards are in place for production.
• Coordinate, direct and assist with change-overs.
• Monitor hourly line performance
• Ensure your line is staffed properly.
• Verify that you have all the necessary material to run your lines. Materials include; mix, packaging supplies, and labels.
• Complete all required paperwork neatly, accurately, and completely.
• Other duties as assigned.

All employees are responsible for following Plant Safety, SQF, FSMA, Food Safety-HACCP, GMP, Food Quality, Food Defense and Food Fraud policies and programs at all times, as well as reporting any issues – discrepancies immediately
