The Office of Religious and Ethnic Inclusion (Title VI) seeks a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented Program and Case Manager. Interim President Larry Jameson announced the establishment of this Office - the first of its kind nationally - in September 2024. Job Responsibilities
General
- Work with the Director(s) and Investigator(s) in the Office to offer supportive measures, connection with resources, and information about process options to individuals impacted by discrimination based on religion, ethnicity, shared ancestry, or national origin - including antisemitism, Islamophobia, and other forms of religious, panels and ethnic intolerance; and
- Serve as liaison with campus partners, including with the Title IX Office, Office of General Counsel, Provost's Office, various Deans' Offices, Office of Affirmative Action & Equal Opportunity Programs, University Life, Student Intervention Services, Special Services, Restorative Practices at Penn, the Office of the Ombuds, Human Resources, Faculty Affairs, and the Confidential Resource Offices, among others.
