We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to:

• Take ownership of design at the intersection of AI and legal tech. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the design vision, build intuitive products, and define a culture of innovation as the company scales.
• Lead end-to-end product design, creating intuitive user experiences that balance user needs with business goals.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI libraries for consistency across the platform.
• Conduct exploratory and evaluative user research to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and drive iteration.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to create user-centered features for a data-rich platform.
• Build and lead a world-class design team, establishing a forward-thinking design culture.

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of design experience, with a proven track record of delivering impactful work on SaaS or AI-powered products.
• Strong UX and UI skills, with expertise in defining user flows, crafting engaging interfaces, and delivering polished designs.
• Proficiency in user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and synthesis of insights.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Bonus: Experience in legal tech, AI, or startups is a strong plus.
