What to expect:

Strategic Leadership: Act as a key integrator, ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders to deliver innovative products on time, within scope, and on budget.
Market Insights: Identify new opportunities using market, customer, and competitive analysis. Proactively address competitor activities with actionable strategies.
Portfolio Management: Collect and prioritize customer requirements globally to identify portfolio gaps and drive product development.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Own the systematic commercial development of products from concept to market launch and eventual phase-out.
Affiliate Support: Provide global affiliates with on-market product guidance and support.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and oversee clear product positioning and messaging as the subject matter expert (SME).
Foster Organizational Agility: Lead by example to champion agile leadership behaviors and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Embrace and promote new governance practices, decision-making frameworks, and cross-functional teamwork to support organizational transformation.

What you bring along:

Educational Background: Advanced degree in natural sciences (e.g., biotechnology) or economics; a Ph.D. is a strong advantage. A Ph.D. in a related field is a plus but not required.
Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a robust understanding of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and commercialization processes.
Scientific Expertise: Proven knowledge in Gene and Cell Therapy development and manufacturing is highly desirable.
Business Acumen: Strong strategic, financial, and commercial capabilities with an enterprise mindset.
Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated success in inspiring and motivating teams, fostering professional growth, and driving strategic initiatives.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Adept in building strong relationships with stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and effectively conveying complex ideas.
Adaptability: Proven track record of navigating change, breaking down silos, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
