- ⭐ We’re building Hazel, a speech-first copilot for real estate agents. More than 70% of real estate agents’ work (responding to emails, preparing documents, and scheduling vendors) is now automatable, and Hazel is integrating seamlessly into their workflow to offload their work away.

## Your Responsibilities

🔨 You'll have the opportunity to not only build, ship, and contribute to critical product features but also take true ownership of your work. As a part of an early-stage startup, you’ll work directly with our founders, understand the startup ecosystem from the inside, and truly shape the direction of the company.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of critical product features. Specific projects could include building new AI features (voice/chatbot, integrated AI CRM features, AI marketing workflows) and contributing to our mobile app.

- Assist in strategy, planning our product roadmap, and prioritizing feature development by talking to our customers and design partners.

- Learn a lot – about building things people love, about entrepreneurship, and about yourself.

## About you

- 2+ years of experience with full-stack development

- Experience with React Native, Supabase, Tailwind, and prompt engineering are a bonus. Prior experience working at a startup is a bonus

- You thrive when you have autonomy and ownership over your work

- You are excited about entrepreneurship and taking things from 0 to 1

- You enjoy thinking critically about users, strategy, and product direction

- You learn quickly and actively seek growth opportunities

## Location

- We’re located in Menlo Park, CA, working in-person 4 days of the week.
