iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Medical Modernization and Innovation Project Associate VIE in our Global Medical Transformation and Global Medical Affairs Specialty Care team, you’ll serve as a key strategic partner with commercial, R&D, regulatory, Digital, and market access on therapeutic solutions to support patients’ needs.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Medical Modernization roadmap with an internal team of Medical and cross-functional teams, with/without external partners.
- Focus on support in implementation of “Change management“ through the medical modernization Journey.
- Coordinate with identified team leaders to ensure modernization initiatives are implemented as per plan and will track their goals, milestones, deliverables and overall project progress through implementing project management strategies and processes.
- Work with Digital partners on various innovation projects implemented / to be implemented under medical modernization and innovation umbrella.
- Work with a team of “Communication “within Medical and execute the core internal communication strategy to connect the worldwide Specialty Care Medical organization, build a strong community enriched by best practice sharing, and engaging Medical at global and local level as part of our cultural transformation.
- Manage/collaborate for various medical leadership activities and community initiatives including (but not limited to) organization of senior leadership meetings, Townhalls, Viva engage and Buzz channel communication plans, global medical meetings, and external medical affairs conferences.
About you
Experience:
- Pharmaceutical industry / cross-functional experience is highly preferred.
- Experience / exposure to organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience of working within a complex, multi - cultural environment with diversified prior experiences.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Digital knowledge & prior experience with digital projects.
- Project management skills, and basic knowledge of Lean / Agile principles, innovative technologies, applications, healthcare solutions etc.
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Forward-thinking, result oriented, creative, innovative, and able to leverage a natural curiosity to anticipate growth opportunities and to challenge conventional ways of working and generate new ideas.
- Ability to engage and manage diverse and relevant stakeholders, great communication skills.
- Must possess ethical standards of the highest level and have the knowledge and ability to comply with all relevant ethical, regulatory, and legal standards.
Education:
- Master’s degree in a Life Science / Pharma, or similar field.
