As a member of the Accounting Operations function, Analyst for Intercompany will be responsible for overseeing the onshore and offshore intercompany accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely recording, reconciliation, and reporting (e.g. AR/AP/loans/Royalty/Interest income and Expense). The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail. The position will work with one or more operating companies in the U.S. market and have responsibility for their shared service accounting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3 years in accounting and financial analysis, preferably in a shared service center or multinational organization.
• Proficient user of SAP or similar ERP system and MS Applications
• Ability and willingness to embrace change and deliver continuous process improvement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Take initiative and operate with minimal supervision, emphasis on documentation and automation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Passion for solving complex problems and generating cross-functional solutions
• Ability and desire to develop digital solutions, with proven skills in the following areas
