Senior I2C Analyst with Dutch (Front Office)

Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p></p><p></p><h1><b>What you will do</b></h1><ul><li><p>Manage collections by contacting customers via phone/email, following collection strategies, and reconciling accounts in ERP.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with internal teams (Customer Service, Sales, Pricing, Credit, Back Office) to resolve issues, update portfolios, and ensure smooth operations.</p></li><li><p>Negotiate payment agreements with customers and escalate unresolved collection issues when necessary.</p></li><li><p>Investigate and resolve disputed invoices through regular collaboration with commercial teams.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and support credit management by ensuring accurate credit limits and preventing blocked orders.</p></li><li><p>Minimize bad debt through proactive collections, preparing calculations, and performing portfolio assessments.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to continuous process improvements, update internal documentation, and maintain accurate customer master data.</p></li><li><p>Support audits, ensure compliance with internal controls, and prepare regular/ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.</p></li></ul><h1><br/><b>What you need</b></h1><p></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>BS/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field</p></li><li><p>Between 2 and 4 years of I2C experience</p></li><li><p>Advanced MS Office skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent spoken and written English and Dutch</p></li><li><p>Experience on collection-related systems (SAP, Oracle, AR Cloud solutions or others)</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>Travel Percentage: None<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
