Responsibilities

• Guide clients through our wellness membership options using a proven sales process

• Connect authentically with new and returning clients — listening is key!

• Turn any customer concerns into moments of exceptional service

• Support overall studio success through cleanliness, organization, and teamwork

• Upsell service enhancements and encourage long-term relationships through membership sales

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, especially selling memberships or in-person services

• Background in hospitality, spa, or wellness environments is a big plus!

• Comfortable using modern POS/scheduling systems (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)

• A positive, proactive team player who takes pride in creating a welcoming space for both clients and coworkers
