Work with SE Leader to forecast and plan headcount.<br>Use preferred tools (currently PFT and Resource Guru) to provide forecast data.<br>Carry out mid-year and end of year reviews for the regional System Engineering team including OCTR assessmentwhere relevant.<br>Initial selection and first line interviews for new positions on the regional System Engineering team.<br>Responsible for onboarding and training of new regional team members.<br>To ensure that the regional System Engineering team meet project budgets, company expectations and deadlines through regular review and mentoring, and deliver solutions that meet the contractual functional and throughput<br>Where present, ensure Global Process and best practice are applied across all projects including all steps in Global Process map and quality gates. For all other areas, develop and use a standard EMEA approach with other Regional<br>Drive consistent issue management across projects using preferred punch list tool (currently Jira)<br>Any other reasonable duties as required<br><br>Your Qualification:<br>Bachelor or Masters degree in the relevant studies<br>5 years of relevant experience<br>willingness to travel (roughly 40%)<br>Fluent in german and english (verbal and written)<br>driving licence is needed<br>Thorough, Organised, Attention to detail<br>Microsoft Office<br>Microsoft Project<br>Jira<br>Computer software / network knowledge<br>Ability to interpret technical drawings<br>Communication skills<br>Staff management and mentoring capability; particularly experience with SIM staff<br>Commercial awareness and cost focus<br>Creativity<br>Decision making<br>Ability to learn<br>Strategic orientation<br>Organisation and quality orientation<br>Assertiveness<br>Ability to promote Customer focus<br>Coaching and Mentoring/ Team Skills<br>Situation Sensitivity<br>
