About the Role:Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Commercial Cleaning Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining clean and welcoming environments for our clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in offices, break rooms, and common areas.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet client expectations.
• Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and responsibly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
