Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing and communications content production and publishing for digital and traditional marketing.

Skills:

• Social Media: Use of social media as a marketing tool; publishing calendar management; KPI tracking and reporting; content creation; and social media content publishing and management tools such as Brandwatch or Sprout Social.
• Email: Use of email marketing platforms such as Emma, MailChimp, or Constant Contact; audience segmentation; content creation; email marketing best practices for deliverability and engagement.
• Marketing data analysis: Able to review marketing data to maximize the success of campaigns and efforts.
• Visual content creation: Photography and videography for social media and other digital channels; design of graphics using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Office and internal communications and project support using MS Office Suite or google suite tools such as Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, etc. 
• Web publishing: Experience using web publishing platforms such as Drupal, Contenta, WordPress, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills including writing, presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Organized, reliable, thorough, and creative with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, proven ability to work with multiple deadlines and multiple priorities, time management and organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Must have a proven ability to work with a variety of constituents and stakeholders and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
