HomeWell Care Services is launching our new Dialysis Day Support Program, and we’re hiring compassionate caregivers who want consistent daytime work while making a real difference in a client’s quality of life.

This role is ideal for caregivers who enjoy relationship-based care, reliable schedules, and supporting clients through an important healthcare routine.
What You’ll Do

✔ Safely transport clients to and from dialysis appointments
 ✔ Provide companionship and emotional support
 ✔ Assist with light personal care and mobility as needed
 ✔ Monitor client safety and comfort during appointments
 ✔ Communicate clearly with our care team
 ✔ Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle for client transport

No heavy transfers. No overnight shifts. No rotating chaos.

Schedule

• Dialysis shifts may begin as early as 4:30 am–6:00 AM and continue into daytime hours.

• Requirements
  
  
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
    
    
  • Active auto insurance
    
    
  • Clean driving record
    
    
  • Ability to pass background screening
    
    
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate
    
    
  • Availability during dialysis hours
    
    
  • Caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP welcome)
