Civil Project Engineer

We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with expertise in water sewer and/or transportation design to join our team.

Duties

• Design and develop transportation and public works projects, including water, drainage systems, and transportation design.
• Conduct complex geometric design calculations for alignments.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with utility providers to resolve conflicts during design and construction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet community needs.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Obtain permits and approvals from government agencies.

Requirements

• 4+ year of experience in industry is required.
• Experience with water and sewer or transportation is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Expertise in geometric design principles and software.
• Strong understanding of drainage, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication with technical staff, stakeholders, and the public.
