Global ERP Operations Expert (m/w/d)

Within the ERP operations team, you are responsible for supporting, improving, and maintaining the company’s internal ERP system. The main activity lies in providing efficient 1st level support to all business users across more than 10 countries.


Your responsibilities:

• Respond to requests related to the companies ERP system Microsoft Business Central, and its interfaces to other software applications.

• Analyze change requests and define solutions to implement them with the internal ERP development team.

• Contribute to international projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP framework.

Your profile:

• Qualified education in economics or information technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Technical affinity, analytical thinking and a pragmatic approach.

• High ability to work in a team, customer and process-oriented thinking and acting.

• Fluent in German and/or Italian, very good knowledge of English.
