Principal Product Analyst
The Role

As a Principal Product Analyst, you blend deep knowledge of Product Management and Business Analysis skills, with the ability to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle with a passion for empathizing with customers, defining the problem statement, generating solution ideas, collaborating, and seeing products come to life!
There are three primary principles of being a great Product Analyst in Product Analysis & Design:
- Strategy: Understanding the problem or the why and aligning it to the mission
- Execution: This is where and how the work gets done
- Business Readiness: How do you drive your product to launch and support after launch
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s in business and or relevant technology leadership focus is significantly beneficial
- Typically, > 5 years of experience working within a product management team focused on delivery, technology, and software development. Must possess good analytical skills and technical aptitude
- Bring a voice of influence and impact to the agile team and interdependent teams by understanding the vision of the agile team and highlighting multiple touch points to collaborate across teams and move towards the business goal with strong communication and navigating through complex capabilities
- Be proficient at all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle focusing on driving change to how we do business to bring a product from strategy to the marketplace
- Ability to focus on and understand the customer experience end to end and identify pain points while working across stakeholders to be able to communicate to the agile team with epics and stories
- Demonstrate a grow and learn mindset to advance skills and standards and approach the work with a constant learning curiosity to keep current and be able to keep your team current on skills
- Managed account experience is not required, but desirable
- Demonstrate critical thinking while working in an environment of ambiguity, helping to bring clarity to the product area initiatives

The Product Solutions chapter area aligns with FI business partners in an agile way of working! The base salary range for this position is $89,000-180,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
