OASIS Coordinator - Home Health & Hospice

We are seeking a qualified OASIS Coordinator to review OASIS/HIS documentation for accuracy. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review/analyze OASIS/HIS documents for accuracy and ensure completion by month-end
• Assist the Staff Educator with teaching and coaching nurses and therapists
• Data Entry of diagnoses and other form-related data
• Analyze OASIS documents using various tools to help prevent Medicare Audits
• Knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS/HIS documentation requirements, and Medicare PPS Reimbursement system

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Two years of office experience in a medical setting required, home health experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with patients, referral sources, and coworkers
