Position Summary:

We're looking for a Senior Buyer to join our team to support and develop strategies within the Strategic Sourcing department in the ongoing pursuit of cost and growth objectives.

Where You'll Work

This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.

Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.

**Moving to Waltham June of 2025**

What You'll Do:

• Prepare market and cost analysis for Welch's portfolio of products
• Engage and develop relationships with Welch's Packaging & Indirect supplier community supporting Welch's category RFP/RFQ calendar
• Support the Strategic Sourcing team's annual strategy creation
• Maintain and develop pricing integrity processes and track ongoing cost trends on +$40M spend portfolio
• Collaborate cross functionally with Operation, R&D, Food Quality, Finance, and Marketing

What You'll Need:

• 2-3 years of experience within a high performing sourcing/purchasing/procurement/buying atmosphere with direct experience in a Buyer role previously
• Experience in both Indirect and direct sourcing is highly preferred
• CPG experience preferred - BS Required; preferable in related field such as Finance, Business, or Supply chain
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
