About The Role

As the Senior Business Development Manager, Content Distribution you will help drive our growth by building strategic partnerships and opportunities. Reporting to our Sr. Director, Global Partnerships and Content Strategy, you will cultivate relationships with main industry players, negotiating complex agreements, and expanding our content distribution channels.  Additionally, you will identify and assess new distribution partnerships and opportunities, work with teams, and stay informed of latest trends and technologies.

About You:

• 8+ years of experience in content distribution, with a focus on digital distribution through Telco, OTT, Hardware, and Platforms
• You have experience driving revenue/subscriber growth and expanding distribution reach
• You have experience negotiating complex agreements
• You will understand the global media and entertainment industry and the ever-evolving industry landscape
• You have a data-driven approach to decision-making
• You run multiple work streams simultaneously
• You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

A day in the life of our Senior Business Development Manager, Content Distribution:

• You will cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners and serve as the primary contact for partner engagements, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting collaboration
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, finance, and product to ensure agreement and partner satisfaction to optimize partnership performance
• You will evaluate distribution opportunities and partnerships that align with our strategic goals
• You will lead and negotiate intricate agreements with partners to ensure distribution and monetization of our content
• You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and development to inform strategy 
• We ask that you are available for up to  40% travel

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll's Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.

Pay Transparency $128,000 - $160,000
