<h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">The Role</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></h2> <p>At Green Thumb, continuous innovation is a key focus area as we seek to create the best product experiences for our consumers. As the Associate, Product Innovation – Flower & Pre-Rolls, you will play a critical role in bringing our innovation strategy to life across our flower and pre-rolls categories, with a focus on scaling proven innovations across our full fleet of markets. This role requires strong project management skills, collaborative execution, and exceptional attention to detail, as we seek to deliver products that both delight our consumers and strengthen our market position. </p> <p>This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in our Chicago office; exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. You will also be asked to travel to our production facilities on a periodic basis (~1x/quarter).</p> <h2><span data-contrast="none">Responsibilities</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":-5,"335559739":160,"335559740":240,"335559991":10}"> </span></h2> <ul> <li>Support new-to-world product launches, assisting Mgr, Product Innovation – Flower & Pre-Rolls with key tasks and deliverables throughout the product launch process </li> <li>Lead market expansion projects throughout the entirety of the product launch process, inclusive of launch timelines, risk assessments and reporting of performance metrics </li> <li>Drive the packaging artwork development process for all market expansion projects </li> <li>Manage all packaging workflows through our internal quality control system </li> <li>Lead the development of any market-specific formulations and/or packaging structures, due to regulatory restrictions </li> <li>Collaborate with Brand and Regional Marketing teams to drive clarity on timelines and deliverables, enabling smooth and successful product launches </li> <li>Work directly with our production sites to ensure operational readiness ahead of launch </li> <li>Understand all state-specific regulations impacting both formulations and packaging </li> </ul> <h2><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></h2> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in innovation, product management, or project management </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously </li> <li>Strong d
