MMR Research Worldwide specializes in consumer and sensory research and works with large, international brands within the food, beverage & personal/household care sectors.
This role will be a short term contract of 3 months, starting early October, with the possibility of extension, based on project needs.
WHERE: Our Manhattan office – located at 15 West 27th St, New York, 10001
DAYS: 3 days per week, 3 hours a day – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday every week
HOURS: 9.30am -12.30pm
PAY: $20 per hour
The role:
- Working individually and within a team to evaluate food, drink, personal care products, OTC and individual ingredients.
- You will be taught to generate sensory descriptions as a group (relating to taste, appearance, texture and smell) and then individually score products on these descriptors.
- No experience necessary as full training is provided.

- Good sensory acuity relating to smell and taste (we assess this at your interview)
- You should have the ability to follow detailed instructions and complete routine tasks quickly and accurately.
- Articulate, fluent in English
