Job Description
ISN is actively recruiting skilled professionals to support the Security Division's comprehensive background investigation (BI) contractor services in Huntsville (HSV) and the National Capital Region (NCR). Our mission is to perform a full range of Background Investigations (BI) services in compliance with multiple Executive Orders (EOs), Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs), Investigative Standards (IS), and FBI Policies.
In these roles, you will help satisfy OGA and TW 2.0 requirements, identifying and adjudicating personnel threats that could compromise the FBI's mission. Most clearances are Top Secret (TS), requiring initial full-field Single Scope Background Investigations (SSBIs) and reinvestigations. Your work will ensure the FBI maintains its high standards and compliance with policies set by executive orders, ODNI, and OPM for personnel vetting.
Must have a current TS security clearance and must be capable of obtaining SCI access that includes a requirement to pass a security CI polygraph exam.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of the program.
- Serve as the overall program lead and principal liaison between the Government and the Contractor.
- Act as the consolidated point of contact to facilitate effective communication and proactively identify and mitigate issues within the Contractor’s team and between the Contractor and various Government customers.
- Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues.
- Ensure the implementation of quality control measures.
- Produce required contractual and programmatic reports and briefs.
- Exercise quality control over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule as per SOW requirements.
- Be responsible for overall project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables.
- Implement short-term (tactical) and long-term (strategic) work plans to ensure work performance.
- Formulate and enforce work standards.
- Coordinate with Government customers for assignment of work schedules.
- Review and remediate work discrepancies.
- Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies, and organizational goals.
- Ensure all incoming contractors are adequately trained for contract positions.
- Track all incoming Contractor personnel and provide weekly status and processing issue reports to Government customers.
- Coordinate manpower and resources, and ensure quality control programs are in place and consistent.
- Serve as the PM’s representative in daily operations and liaison with Security
