Production Team Lead

What You Will Need to Do: 

• Follow all PPE and safety rules and regulations as set by Watson, including affected and or authorized lock out tag out procedures (based on the role flexed to) 

• Use common hand and power tools for manufacturing activities, including but not limited to cutting, grinding, drilling, cleaning, measuring, inspecting, assembling, etc 

• Meet or exceed productivity expectations as assigned by production leadership.   

• Examine products to verify compliance to quality standards. 

• Communicate with other employees and management to avoid any mistakes and/or to address recommendations for improvement. 

• Follow safety requirements and maintain a clean and organized work area. 

• All responsibilities as listed in machine operator, technical machine operation, production team member I and II, welder, powder coating, material handling I and II job descriptions as aligned with the role covered.  

• All other responsibilities within reason as assigned by production leadership.

What You Will Need to Know:   

• Manufacturing experience required 

• How to work in a required sequence to ensure alignment of the production schedule. 

• Is expected to have proficiency in multiple positions, including but not limited to: machine operation, technical machine operation, production team member I and II, welder, powder coating, material handling I and II 

• All other procedures and policies as assigned by production leadership
