How you will create an impact
As an Associate Workforce Authentication Eng, you will have knowledge of Advanced authentication products, technologies, and best practices. You will be responsible for helping guide the overall architecture and implementation of the work force Okta solution and possess a strong background in Access Management and Authentication practices. You will work with IAM architects and application owners to build, configure, test and implement the workforce Okta solution to meet the business needs and align with enterprise IT strategies.
- Design, develop and implement advanced authentication solutions
- Implement Okta capabilities and features for the global enterprise
- Onboard business applications onto workforce Okta platform
- Guide AIG IAM service leads and strategic partner engineering and development teams to assure alignment to strategic direction
- Drive to leverage IAM product capabilities and services to maximum utilization. Assess and improve AIG IAM maturity across workforce authentication services
- Help frame the requirements and design for strategic initiatives to implement, maintain, and enhance the AIG IAM security posture
- Help lead projects through full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture and design, scoping, implementation and operationalization
- Stay apprised of industry standards and trends to apply to AIG
- Ensure effectiveness of audit controls; interacting with Internal and External Audit teams
- Possess sound knowledge of other IAM domains such as CIAM, IGA, Cloud IAM and Privileged Access Management
- Responsible for effectively collaborating with IAM leads and Business Unit stakeholders to ensure IAM technology and delivery meets or exceeds expectations
What you'll need to succeed
Experience:
- BA/BS in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related Field.
- 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years’ experience in CIAM authentication engineering and strong Ping or Okta implementation experience;
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Okta certified, Ping Certified, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or other IT certifications) is a plus
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience interpreting IAM product designs and business requirements to drive adoption of CIAM solutions that span across multiple technologies, businesses, and geographies
- Understanding of IAM relevant technical security skills, such as Identity Governance, Single Sign On and authentication, Multi-Factor Authentication, Microsoft AD for Access Management, Privileged access management, and AWS security
- Working knowledge of multiple IAM systems (traditional and cloud)
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions
- Skilled in handling stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
- Ability to guide teams through complex issues and drive resolution for issues.
- Experience managing vendors driving SLAs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions.
