The opportunity

Maropost is seeking a highly creative and experienced Brand Graphic Designer to drive our brand design and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually compelling assets for both B2B and international branding efforts. This role will be instrumental in shaping our brand’s visual identity and supporting our sales and marketing teams with impactful design solutions.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain Maropost’s brand identity through design elements that reflect our values, mission, and vision. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for sales and marketing campaigns, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
• Create engaging and visually appealing marketing materials that align with our strategic goals and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Develop design solutions tailored to our B2B clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering designs that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Work on branding projects that cater to global markets, ensuring that designs are culturally appropriate and effectively localized for different regions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketers, and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices to ensure that Maropost’s visual communications are modern, relevant, and innovative

 

What you bring to Maropost:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing brand design and marketing assets.
• Minimum 2 years of SaaS and Retail experience.
• Proven experience in B2B graphic design and international branding.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
• Highly collaborative, team player, and positive attitude combined with previous experience working with decision makers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
