Iced Tea is disrupting the world of beverages in restaurants and other venues and we want to harness that excitement and bring it to our Ready to Drink Portfolio.
Reporting to the Consumer Insights Senior Director, this unique Senior Manager role spans two iconic companies—PepsiCo and Unilever—and partners closely with the marketing team, as well as key cross-functional and global stakeholders across Pepsi and the Pepsi-Lipton Partnership (PLP) joint venture.
This broad and impactful role requires an insights leader who blends creativity with analytical rigor and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is skilled in traditional research methodologies and leveraging syndicated data sources to uncover and drive actionable insights.
The primary responsibility for this role will be leading the insights agenda for two of our iconic brands, Lipton Iced Tea and Brisk, as well as leading the day-to-day insights and analytics needs for the portfolio with support of the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) Capability team.
Responsibilities
Lead the Insights Agenda for Lipton Iced Tea and Brisk:
- Own the end-to-end learning agenda, ensuring alignment with brand growth strategies
- Champion creative and innovation excellence by embedding strong insights into briefs and designing comprehensive learning plans that include early stage, validation, and in-market research
- Bring a human-centric view of the consumer to the cross-functional team to drive decision making
- Embed brand strategy across cross functional teams, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with key priorities
- Lead the annual brand situation reviews with clear recommendations on how to evolve brand strategies
Lead Portfolio Insights and Analytics needs:
- Embed holistic growth framework into periodic business reviews and ensure PBRs are consumer-focused and insight-driven
- Oversee reporting needs for Pepsi Beverages US and the global joint venture, including providing commentary on business performance
- Monitor competitive activity and provide timely competitive intelligence as needed
- Build strong relationships with the country insights and intelligence team to leverage learnings and ensure smooth collaboration
- Manage and develop two members of the S&T team based in Hyderabad, India, providing clear guidance on supporting the analytical needs of the team
- Partner with the Senior Director to support category/portfolio wide initiatives
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in a strategic insights, shopper Insights, strategy or marketing role; 5+ years in CPG company preferred
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree preferred
- Mastery of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and must possess the ability to apply insights to address business challenges.
- Experience in communications and innovation development and testing
- Strong familiarity with syndicated data sources and analytical approaches such as IRI, iBEV, etc., and how to analyze/tell a story with this data
