Job Description:
AGI is seeking a Fleet Management Systems Manager (FMSM). This role is responsible for the strategy, administration, optimization, and enforcement of AGI’s maintenance management system across all company assets, including ground support equipment (GSE), fleet vehicles, industrial equipment, and facility mechanical systems.
This position owns the integrity of maintenance data and system performance, including work order workflows, preventive maintenance programs, asset hierarchies, parts tracking, labor reporting, and performance analytics. The FMSM partners closely with maintenance operations, reliability, finance, and executive leadership to ensure the system drives equipment uptime, cost control, regulatory compliance, and informed capital planning in a multi-station, multi-asset environment.

Job Responsibilities:
System Management & Governance
- Serve as the subject matter expert for AGI’s Fleet Maintenance Management System (CMMS / EAM)
- Define and enforce system standards, workflows, naming conventions, and data structures
- Own system configuration, including user roles, permissions, and workflow logic
- Ensure data accuracy, discipline, and audit readiness
- Build and maintain asset hierarchies, equipment master data, PM libraries, and job plans
- Ensure 100% of maintainable assets are properly registered and structured
- Standardize maintenance strategies across equipment classes and asset types
Parts, Inventory & Cost Control Integration
- Integrate the maintenance system with parts inventory, purchasing systems, and vendor management
- Ensure proper parts-to-asset linking and accurate cost tracking by asset and fleet
- Support repair versus replace analysis and lifecycle cost modeling
Reporting, Analytics & Executive Dashboards
- Own KPI reporting including uptime, PM compliance, backlog health, cost per asset, and failure trends
- Build and maintain executive dashboards to support leadership decision-making
- Provide data-driven insights to support fleet replacement and capital planning
Reliability & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with maintenance leadership to identify chronic failures and improve PM effectiveness
- Convert maintenance and failure data into actionable reliability strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives rooted in data and system performance
Training, Compliance & Change Management
- Train technicians, planners, supervisors, and managers on system usage and data standards
- Enforce compliance with regulatory requirements, internal audits, OEM programs, and company standards
- Drive a culture shift toward disciplined, data-driven maintenance practices
- Lead system upgrades, new modules, mobile maintenance tools, and system integrations
- Act as the business lead for vendors, developers, and system integrators
Key Performance Objectives
- Increase preventive maintenance (PM) compliance
- Improve planned vs. reactive maintenance ratios
- Reduce equipment downtime
- Improve maintenance cost visibility and control
- Improve capital planning accuracy
- Eliminate poor-quality and inconsistent system data
