You will plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. You will participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and completion. <span data-teams="true"><strong>Travel is expected and may required on projects up to 6-8 months or longer until project completion.</strong></span></span></p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish a strong safety culture at the construction job site. Monitor contractors, subcontractors and employees for adherence to safety regulations, and compliance with OSHA regulations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;&quo
