About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead the planning and execution of critical business routines for executives supporting Branch Banking within the Consumer and Small Business Banking as part of our Branch Systems and Transformation division.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning and execution of critical business routines for executives supporting Branch Banking such as Human Capital Planning, Workforce Location, Spend Review, MIRRC, Change Council, Business Performance Reviews, leader offsites and Town Halls.
- Create and manage executive presentations and reporting such as CSBB/Branch MBR content, Senior Leader Meeting presentations, Performance Dashboards and metrics, SI level roadmaps, Recognition Reporting, RTO, etc.
- Support annual investment planning and all corresponding business planning and executive updates.
- Manage business side of HR risk programs such as Conflict of Interest, HR key roles, risk elements owned by employees, BCP, Recovery and Resolution, etc.
- Other business planning and administration for BS&T including Teams and SharePoint site management, executive branch visit materials, executive meeting agendas, and weekly planning communication to the leadership team.
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Provide coaching and direction to other business execution consultants on the planning team
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
- Expert level communication and presentation skills for content creation at the senior executive level.
- Solid program/project management skills and ability to manage multiple competing, high priorities at once.
- Expert level collaboration and relationship building at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with financials, data management and analytics.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and pivot quickly to solve the evolving needs of the business.
- Operational discipline, taking accountability for agreed upon outcomes.
- Experience coaching and directing others.

Pay Range:
San Francisco, CA: $138,500 - $287,600
All other cities noted above: $120,400 - $250,000
