<p>Do you want to drive Financial, Strategic and Operational Performance in Arla’s Global Production?</p> <p> </p> <p>In this role you will be responsible for leading and driving our global production performance management and financial business partnering. You will play a critical role in creating transparency, managing progress, and securing delivery of our global production strategy and financial performance. In this job you set a visible mark on the success of our global supply chain in the years to come and work closely with our global production leadership teams as well as the executive management level in Arla. To succeed you need a strong analytics, financial and performance mindset, a cooperative nature, strong communication skills as well as the ability to impact executive senior management to foster the right fact based decisions and direction setting.</p> <p> </p> <p>How you will make an impact?</p> <p>As our new Senior Director for Global Production Finance, you will report to the VP of Supply Chain Finance and lead a team of 7 Senior Managers and an organization of approximately 65 highly dedicated finance professionals across our European markets. Hence managing a large and complex supply chain finance organization across 6 core geographies covering more than 50 production sites. </p> <p> </p> <p>You will be lead for our global Production Performance Management and Business Partner community and play a critical role in driving our global supply chain performance within Production together with the Global Production leadership teams. Moreover, you and your team will play a central role towards the executive management team of Arla Foods, hereunder specifically the Global Supply Chain leadership team. As part of your role you will secure a focused and target driven performance dialogue across the main strategic and financial KPIs in Global Production. Drawing on in-depth functional knowledge and business understanding you ensure buy-in across the organisation as well as effective execution. This will be instrumental for both the overall supply chain management team as well as towards the broader supply chain organization. </p> <p> </p> <p>As part of your role, you will be responsible for 3 core priorities: </p> <ul> <li>Lead the Production Finance team of 65 employees across 6 countries and 50+ sites: <ul> <li>Demonstrate leadership and direction for a large and professional finance team</li> <li>Develop organizational capabilities across the team and secure engagement and impact from the Finance organization across our global production organization</li> <li>Demonstrate thought leadership on the performance management and finance business partner agenda and drive the organization towards best international practice</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Drive performance management and Financial business partnering to deliver our strategic, operational, and financial targets across Arla Foods Global Production: <ul> <li>Actively drive performance dialogues in our Global Production leadership team</li> <li>Deliver impact across Production through insights, engagement and direction setting</li> <li>Drive and strengthen transparency and performance culture and priorities across our Global Production finance team, production leadership, as well as line organization</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Secure delivery of our financial and operational KPIs and ambitions</li> <li>Consistently contribute to generating insights and ideas to drive performance having a visible impact on production management decisions and direction</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Be an integrated and active contributor in a senior executive management context: <ul> <li>Ensure personal impact and focus on the financial agenda in our Global production leadership team</li> <li>Act as a senior functional leader based on clear insights and business understanding</li> <li>Be a valued and recognised thought leader and sparring partner for senior leadership and throughout the global production organization</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What will make you successful?</p> <p>To succeed in this position, you have an international background with a strong foundation in financial and strategic analysis and problem solving, business finance, as well as a proven track record of impactful business partnering at senior management level. You have experience from operating at executive level within a global business, and is capable of presenting and discussing with impact at top management level. </p> <p> </p> <p>You hold a Master’s degree in economics, finance, business administration or similar, and you have previously held positions across both corporate and/or relevant business finance.
