Job Description

Axis' Marketing team is looking for a talented and resourceful Graphic Designer to use their design experience to help bring the America’s creative and strategic ideas to life!

You will love this position if you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working on a variety of design projects, partnering with stakeholders across a global organization and working with an innovative brand! This is a full time onsite role based out of our Chelmsford, MA office. There is flexibility to work one day from home, after you have finished the initial onboarding and training.

What You’ll Do Here…

• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all company brand guidelines are met.

• Execute on graphic design projects and campaigns from conception to delivery.

• Support the development of creative concepts for a variety project type. 

• Effectively communicate with project owners and other stakeholders to provide status updates, identify challenges, and offer solutions.

• Efficiently work within a ticket system and manage time to meet project deadlines.

• Assist with file management—file labeling, transferring and archiving processes.

• Participate in relevant team, department, and project-based meetings.

• Provide top-tier customer service for our customers/internal stakeholders

• Execute tasks in relation to team goals.

What You’ll Need …

• Creative individual comfortable conceptualizing ideas and thinking outside the box

• Capacity to quickly adapt to a regularly changing work environment

• Experience working within a brand and adhering to related guidelines

• Efficient multitasker able to meet tight deadlines while handling a full project workload

• Clear communicator with a wide range of internal stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and within groups

• Proficient project management skills, overseeing projects from conception thru completion

• Customer-centric focus and team-oriented attitude

What We Are Looking For …

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field

• 3+ years of high-quality, creative graphic design experience

• A solid portfolio of creative design exhibiting work with various media and goals

• Hands-on experience and proficiency with the latest design software including full Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) as well as familiarity of web-based tools like Canva

• Ability to design in Microsoft PowerPoint and create high-level corporate presentations

• Experience with illustration design and video/animation tools like Adobe After Effects a plus, but not required

Pay range:

The approximate pay range for this location and position is $75,000-80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
